Dr. Andrea Cole DO, founder of Aging Better

Dr. Andrea Cole Dr. Andrea Cole grew up in Buffalo New York, the daughter of a prominent Veterinarian. Always interested in a balanced, holistic approach to health and disease, she graduated from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1983 while on a Naval Scholarship program.

Upon graduation she completed an internship at Detroit Osteopathic hospital and then entered the Navy as a General Medical Officer stationed at Naval Air Station North Island located in Coronado Ca.

In 1986 Dr. Cole entered the family practice residency program at Camp Pendleton. Upon completion of her residency program, she received orders to work in NAS Long Beach California paying back her obligation with the United States Navy.

In 1990 Dr. Cole began a job with Sharp Rees Stealy where she managed a large family practice while raising 2 children. In 1994, Dr. Cole attended her first Anti Aging convention. Convinced that this approach to medicine was more in line with her own thinking, she soon became a diplomat in the American Academy of Antiaging Medicine and one of the first Physician Partners for Cenegenics. She completed their Level 4 certification course and has been practicing age Management medicine ever since.

Dr. Cole soon realized that there was much more to balancing hormones than looking at levels and turned to functional medicine for the answers. Dr. Cole unique practice now combines her family practice training with antiaging and functional medicine, providing the patient with a balanced approach to their medical needs.

Dr. Cole is a frequent lecturer for courses in Hormone Management teaching other physician the art of balancing hormones.

Over the years non surgical cosmetic procedures have been added. Her patients now enjoy good health from the inside out.
